Business Hours

Customer Service & Order Processing: Mondays – Saturdays, 10:00 am – 6:00pm EST, except public holidays.

Online orders and email queries are accepted 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  Orders received outside of regular business hours will be processed during regular business hours on the next business day.

Order Processing

You can order Irie Essentialz products:

  1. Using the product pages on this website
  2. OR you can:
    • send us an email (, telling us what product, size and quantity.
    • We will then email you an invoice which you pay via PayPal, using your debit/credit card or your PayPal account.
    • We will keep your invoice open for 3 business days.
    • If your invoice remains unpaid at the end of that period, the invoice will be cancelled.


We process all transactions using PayPal.  You don’t need a PayPal account – PayPal will accept your credit card information and process the transaction.  PayPal is a secure online payment method that keeps your financial information secure.  We have no access to your credit card or PayPal account information.


We usually ship orders within TWO (2) business days once we have received your payment.  If we are not able to ship within the usual time frame we will contact you via the email address you provide with your order.

We ship all orders via the USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Flat Rate Boxes.  The USPS usually takes 3-6 days to deliver Priority mail.

All shipments within the USA include tracking.  If you do not receive your package within 7 days of getting notification that your package was shipped, please use the tracking number provided with your notification email to see where it is in USPS’ delivery process.  Also, get in touch with us and we will also try to follow up with the USPS.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ENTER YOUR CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS WHEN MAKING YOUR ORDER.  We will ship your order to the address that you provide when you submit your order.  We cannot take responsibility for orders delivered to an address that you provided incorrectly.  We thank you for understanding.

Shipping Fees (USA)

We ship all orders via the USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Flat Rate and Regional Rate packaging.  The shipping fees we charge are based the dollar total of the items in your cart, as follows:

Up to $24.00 total items……………$5.25

$24.01 – $80.99 total items………..$9.97

$81.00 and up………………………….Free Shipping (on USA orders ONLY)

International Shipping

If you are ordering from outside the USA, please email us your order instead of ordering from the product pages.  We will send you a PayPal invoice that includes the shipping fees to your country.

We are currently able to ship outside of the USA using USPS Priority Mail International using flat rate boxes.  Depending on the country and the size of the shipping box, the shipping fees range from USD$23.95 to USD$77.95.

Please note: tracking is available for USPS Priority Mail International MEDIUM & LARGE flat rate boxes ONLY. NO tracking is available for SMALL USPS Priority Mail International flat rate boxes.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. If your items are damaged in transit, please contact your carrier AND us, so we can work to replace your order.
